Web accessibility allows people with disabilities and those who cannot use a mouse to access information on Websites. For example, people who are blind and who use technical aids such as hardware (Braille) and software (text-to-speech software) can interpret the information content of Web pages. People with mobility impairments can also easily navigate the Internet.

Compliance

To date, the site does not fully meet the new Québec government standards for Web accessibility (in French only). Efforts are being made to improve its accessibility. Please note that the following content does not comply with the standards in force:
